ABOUT US:The Revenue Operations team at Sportradar is at the heart of our growth engine. We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive revenue planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives that directly impact the company’s success. Our team thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and innovative thinking, providing insights and models that shape the company’s strategy and support sustainable growth.THE CHALLENGE:As aSr Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be shaping the future of Sportradar’s commercial strategy. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, where your insights will directly influence how we grow, price, and scale our business globally.You’ll lead the design and evolution of revenue models that power decision-making across our core product lines. From building dynamic forecasting frameworks to supporting bespoke deal structures, you’ll be the go-to expert for translating complex data into actionable strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive clarity on performance, unlock new growth opportunities, and ensure we’re making the smartest bets in a fast-moving market.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to see their work directly impact revenue, product launches, and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Planning and ModelingDesign short and long-term revenue models in partnerships with Sales, Product and Finance to chart Company''s annual growth projectionsLead revenue planning for new product launches, serving as a financial expert between the Sales and Product teamsWork closely with Go-To-Market teams on key customer accounts and growth plansForecast and ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into revenue performance and business healthAssist with sales pipeline management and provide key insights to drive forecast accuracy and deal efficiencyStrategic ProjectsConduct market research to influence long-term revenue planningDeliver financial models and simulations for bespoke deal structures and termsDevelop comprehensive ARR forecast and quota models aligned with company goalsABOUT YOU:2+ years in FPandA, RevOps, Consulting, or other related roleRelevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Management or similarProven ability to build and manage complex financial models and forecasting toolsStrong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insightsExperience working with revenue share models or client-reported data is a plusProficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global stakeholdersPassion for sports, data, and driving commercial impactOUR OFFER:A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US)Ability to shape your own workday and career via a clearly defined professional and personal development planOpportunity to work with senior leadership, develop yourself and build your career within an inspiring and fast-growing company and digital sports environmentA vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participantsA company culture that promotes social aspects, sports, physical exercise and funInnovative and cross-team challengesCompetitive salary and benefitsOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:Initial Screening:
