Overview
Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and customer on-boarding teams are operating at peak efficiency. You’ll own and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem, lead cross-functional revenue projects, and build scalable systems and processes that help meet ambitious goals.Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership: Administer and optimise HubSpot CRM across marketing, sales, and customer on-boarding. Ensure data integrity, automation, and accurate reporting.Process Optimisation: Map, analyse, and improve workflows to eliminate friction, find efficiencies, implement automation where possible, and improve customers experience.Data and Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy.Lead Management: Improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximise conversion.Revenue Insights: Provide strategic insights to the business leadership around performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.Tool and Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to enhance team efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer On-boarding to ensure alignment and accountability across the revenue engine.Qualifications
3+ years in Revenue Operations ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.Deep experience with HubSpot (Must have) – both strategic and hands-on.Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.Highly experienced in Microsoft package particularly Excel and PowerBI.Additional Details
