About Our Service Our service supports 10 children in residence and educates up to 20 young people in a nurturing and safe environment. We have high aspirations for every child and young person, and we work relentlessly to foster strong, trusting relationships that help them thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. ? Requirements: We''re looking for someone who brings: An understanding of the developmental needs of young people (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and educational).A valid full UK driving licence (essential).A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a leadership role.A strong understanding of Child Protection procedures.Knowledge of Social Care Services and partnership working ..... full job details .....
