An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a commercially focused, entrepreneurial West End firm known for its high-value client base and strong presence across real estate, private client, and corporate law.They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (6+ PQE) to take on a senior role within a well-established and growing team. The firm has built a reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers on complex and high-value transactions, including prime and super-prime residential work, off-plan and new build matters, and bespoke property investments across London and beyond.This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will suit a technically strong lawyer who enjoys balancing transactional excellence with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of high-value residential property transactions, including complex and off-plan/new build matters.Acting as a key point of contact for introducers and new build sales teams, maintaining and deepening commercial relationships.Overseeing and supporting junior team members and paralegals, particularly on volume new build matters.Providing supervision and mentorship across the team, with involvement in training and development of junior fee earners.Direct client engagement on HNW files, as well as stepping in on escalated cases led by junior team members.Taking an active role in cross-referrals across the wider firm, contributing to a collaborative and commercial team culture.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 6 years’ PQE with a strong background in high-value residential property transactions.Experience working with HNWI clients and/or off-plan transactions is essential.Must have trained and worked at a reputable City, West End, or well-regarded regional firm handling similar calibre work.A confident communicator and natural leader, able to provide technical guidance and team oversight.Comfortable working at least 3 days per week in the office to support mentoring and team collaboration.Why Join?This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that blends top-tier work with a genuinely supportive and non-hierarchical culture.
