Joining us means becoming part of a market-leading team, with capabilities across the full spectrum of asset classes, with an enduring commitment to responsible investment and creating long-term, sustainable value for our clients and partners.Role context: You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments across the UK, collaborating with Transactions Managers, Asset Managers, and Fund Managers to deliver residential assets that meet investor expectations and community needs.What you’ll be doing

Leading the end-to-end delivery of major urban BTR developments across the UKOverseeing direct developments and development fundings in line with business plansPreparing and maintaining development budgets, financial appraisals, and cashflowsNegotiating and managing building contracts and consultant appointmentsEnsuring compliance with funding agreements and reporting obligationsProviding technical oversight and resolving issues throughout the development cycleCollaborating with internal teams to align development activity with portfolio goalsBuilding strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholdersQualifications

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally BTRStrong technical knowledge of construction, design management, and quality standardsCompetence in financial appraisals, budgeting, and cashflow forecastingSolid understanding of JCT building contracts and their administrationFamiliarity with development funding agreements and obligationsExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsStrong leadership, organisational, and communication abilitiesDegree qualified in a relevant discipline with a professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, CIOB)Benefits
