Senior Residential Conveyancer Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Durham or Teesside (opportunities with multiple prestigious North East Firms)Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum ( completely dependant on experience)Job Description The Senior Residential Conveyancer undertakes and manages the full conveyancing process for residential property transactions. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of services to clients. The post holder is responsible for advising clients on legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties, managing case files from inception to completion, and maintaining strong communication with all parties involved in the transaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and progress a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.Conduct detailed title investigations, review contracts and ensure all legal documentation complies with current legislation and client requirements.Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations.Liaise effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, local authorities and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transaction progression.Identify and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the conveyancing process, escalating matters when ..... full job details .....
