We are seeking
EU Market Senior Research Managers
to join our Policy and Research team to expand our European work. You will help win and deliver research, evaluation, and consultancy projects across EU policy areas including
employment, education, skills, social inclusion, equalities, youth, digital, intra-EU labour mobility, climate change, migration, and monitoring of communication activities.
You will work with key clients such as the European Commission (e.g., DG EMPL, DG EAC, DG CNCT, DG RTD, DG HOME) and other EU bodies.Responsibilities include:
Managing medium to large research projects, budgets, timelines, and leading teams of researchers and experts.Designing and overseeing research and evaluation methodologies using mixed-method techniques, including desk research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and statistical analysis.Producing high-quality reports, presentations, articles, and disseminating findings through various channels.Leading technical delivery teams within tight deadlines.Working with Directors to lead proposals for new projects and researching opportunities to grow EU market involvement.What we need from you
Strong knowledge of EU policy in relevant fields.Experience in evaluations and research, with skills in analytical approaches and impact assessments (EU impact assessments preferred).Business development skills, including winning projects and tender writing.Stakeholder management and client relationship experience.Experience working with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, including industry and academic experts, partners, and subcontractors.Excellent spoken and written English, strong presentation skills; additional languages are a plus.We offer a competitive benefits package.
