Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client relationships and service delivery for a diverse client portfolioResearch, identify, and recruit appropriate experts for client discussions, meetings, and surveys, then connect these experts to clientsDirect and coordinate the recruitment efforts of Research Associates assigned to support your clientsDevelop screening criteria and understand each client’s compliance requirementsMaster Guidepoint’s CRM system and ensure information is accurate and up-to-dateCollaborate with Project Managers and team members to optimize client use of Guidepoint’s servicesExperience You Will Bring
