A need has arisen for an experienced Compliance professional to join the London team.Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Regulatory and Compliance ManagerDrafting registration and licencing applicationsUndertaking gap analyses to identify control weaknessesProviding regulatory/AML advice to the UK and global businessesManaging regulatory relationshipsAssessing the commercial impact of new regulationsDealing with regulatory requestsUndertaking regulatory and incident reporting and assisting with operational resiliency issues.Qualities and Attributes required to be a Senior Regulatory and Compliance ManagerYou must have proven Compliance experience gained within the crypto/digital-asset space with a solid working knowledge of the FSMA licensing regime.
