Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Leicester city centre, office based. Full-time, permanent. Pay: 30,000 to 36,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission. We''re now expanding into new sectors, and you''ll play a part in making that happen. We promote from within, and the people leading our growth started where you''d be starting. This is a full 360 desk. You''ll run it independently, winning clients and placing candidates, and help the Recruitment Consultants around you to get better. What you''ll be doing Run a full 360 desk from start to finish: find and win clients, source and place candidates, and manage both through the placement. Build long-term relationships with children''s residential homes and keep them coming back. Coach Recruitment Consultants on calls, candidate management and client work. Meet your margin and activity targets, and keep your records and compliance in order. Work with the senior consultants and managers on your desk, and tell them what you''re hearing from the market. What we''re looking for At least 2 years in agency recruitment, ideally 360, with a record of hitting targets. You can run your own desk without being chased, and you enjoy helping others improve.
