We’re growing our Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Professional Services desks and are looking for experienced consultants who enjoy winning business, building relationships, and finding the right people for the right roles.

Your role

You’ll manage the full recruitment process, developing your client base and supporting candidates from the first conversation through to placement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and growing existing client accounts

• Taking vacancy briefs and understanding what clients need

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates

• Creating job adverts and presenting quality candidates to clients

• Managing interviews, offers and negotiations

• Building lasting relationships through regular contact, client meetings and site visits

• Working towards sales and recruitment targets across temporary, permanent and contract vacancies

What you’ll bring

• Previous recruitment experience

• Confidence in business development and client relationship management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport

• A motivated approach to achieving targets and growing your desk

• Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A full driving licence
