We are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering and Construction team. Cotleigh has an established client base across the Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services, BIM and Renewable Energy sectors, providing an excellent platform to build a successful desk. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of the team, with a constant pipeline of exciting projects to work on and the chance to manage a diverse range of client relationships. Requirements Previous recruitment experience within Building Engineering, Design or Construction would be advantageous; however, we are happy to train a proven permanent recruiter from another sector. Strong account management and permanent recruitment experience across mid to senior-level appointments. Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media to source candidates and produce engaging marketing content. Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
