This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with significant experience in the energy, utilities, power, or infrastructure sectors.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring robust cost management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and commercial governance in line with project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of a major substation construction project.Manage project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.Prepare and review valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.Evaluate and negotiate variations, compensation events, and change control processes.Monitor subcontractor performance and manage subcontractor accounts.Produce accurate cost reports and commercial performance updates.Support project delivery teams ..... full job details .....
