Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking to recruit Senior Project Surveyors to join our Interiors division to play a part in delivering project across multiple sectors including healthcare, commercial retrofit and fit out within London and the South East.As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across various projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately.At Willmott Dixon, we value our supply chain partners as part of our extended team. To succeed in this role, you must be an effective communicator, relationship-builder, and adaptable team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Essential SkillsSelf-sufficient in managing projects from preconstruction through to deliveryAbility to control costs, prevent scope creep, and manage risk across all packagesStrong understanding of contractual requirements and compliance.Experience with client invoicing, contract cost reporting, procurement, and supply chain management.Strong reporting skills, including Cost/Value reporting, cost-to-complete analysis and external financial forecasting.Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam (or similar measurement tools)Proven procurement and subcontractor management experience.History of being confident and comfortable in a customer-facing surveying role.Previous team leadership ..... full job details .....
