Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team, taking responsibility for the successful commercial management of projects and playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality infrastructure works. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Position Overview Take commercial ownership of assigned civil engineering projects, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance and successful delivery. Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting, providing accurate financial insight to the wider project team. Prepare and review CVRs, valuations, applications, cash flow forecasts and other key commercial reports. Manage contractual processes including variations, compensation events, change control, payments and final accounts.
