Working with major infrastructure clients, they have built a strong reputation for quality, safety and successful project delivery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of civil engineering projects while managing costs, contracts and commercial performance. Quantity Surveyor - Position Overview Manage the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring costs are monitored, controlled and delivered in line with contractual requirements. Prepare and review commercial reports including valuations, applications, cost reports, CVRs and cash flow forecasts. Monitor contract performance, identify potential financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Manage variations, contractual correspondence and final accounts through to successful completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
