Q1 2026 .The scheme will provide

94 high-quality homes

(3–5 bed units) through

traditional build methods , with significant engineering considerations including

partial basements ,

retaining walls , and

Full commercial ownership of the scheme from

pre-construction through to deliveryManage all

procurement ,

subcontractor negotiations , and

cost reportingLead on

risk management

and financial controls for a challenging buildLiaise closely with design and technical teams to manage change and cost impactsGreat opportunity for a commercially strong Senior QS to step up into a lead roleSalary up to
