Quantity Surveyor - NEC3 | Nuclear Site, Reading | Up to -400/day (Inside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile project on a secure nuclear site based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a major infrastructure programme, working within a complex and highly regulated environment.

  Location: Reading (site-based, no remote work)
• 
  Rate: Up to -400 per day (Inside IR35)
• 
  Clearance: Existing SC clearance preferred; must be eligible to obtain SC
• 
  Nationality Requirement: British Nationals only (due to security restrictions)
• 
  Contract Type: Ongoing contract opportunity

• 
  Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure or defence projects
• 
  Strong working knowledge and practical application of NEC3 contracts
• 
  Experience working in highly regulated environments, ideally nuclear, defence, or similar sectors
• 
  Excellent commercial awareness, cost control, and subcontract management skills
• 
  Ability to work effectively on site with both client and contractor teams

Due to the nature of the site, this role is open to British nationals only, and candidates must either hold current SC clearance or be willing and eligible to go through the vetting process.
This is a site-based role, so applicants must be comfortable working full-time on location in Reading.
