Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere-are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor with an excellent local reputation, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.-

My client are looking for a candidate with a-good main contractor background and proven experience leading the Commercial elements of projects up to -30M. Any examples of work history across high rise accommodation such as Apartments, Flats, Student Accommodation, and Hotels would be advantageous.-

You will have support in the form of an existing commercial team, whilst reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.-

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.-
