EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.-

The position is for an established Swindon based Main-Contractor-who work on projects and maintenance within the public housing sector

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Pricing projects on schedule of rate
• Tendering
• Bid writing
• Valuations
• Variations

Requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 5-years experience.
• Experience in the public housing sector
• Autonomously running projects.
