This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the commercial function on a major scheme, lead a team of two, and make your mark on a project with a real purpose. The Opportunity As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the project, working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure the scheme is delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You ll take responsibility for the commercial management of the project while leading, mentoring and developing a team of two, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and influence key commercial decisions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the commercial management of a major new-build education project from procurement through to final account. Managing, mentoring and developing a team of two commercial professionals. Taking ownership of cost control, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
