Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bristol

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors, managing costs, contracts and commercial performance while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Producing cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies
- Managing procurement and tender processes
- Preparing tender documentation and contract particulars
- Contract administration and change control management
- Undertaking valuations, cost reporting and final account negotiations
- Monitoring project budgets and financial performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards chartership
- Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Confident client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Experience within the retail sector would be desirable
- A full UK driving licence
