Key Details: Contract Duration: Starting ASAP and running until 04/04/2027 Rate: up to £61 per hour / £549 per day (Umbrella) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Working Pattern: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an 8am start Location: Hybrid working model requiring 3 days a week on-site at Assington, Suffolk Your core responsibilities will include: Managing costs relating to the project to minimise expenses and enhance value for money while maintaining quality standards Overseeing underground cable packages, specifically Trenching, Ducting, and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Taking charge of sub-contractor management and CVR management Preparing procurement programmes, activity schedules, and resource schedules Analysing rates, prices, variations, and compensation events, as well as preparing, submitting, and negotiating claims Reviewing complex contract programmes and assisting with the preparation of delay and disruption programmes Managing and mentoring a small team ..... full job details .....
