Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with an established and ambitious construction contractor based in Cheshire, delivering projects across London through their growing Special Works division. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.The successful candidate will be based at the company''s North West head office three days per week, with the remaining two days spent overseeing projects across London, playing a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of schemes.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who is looking to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while contributing to the ongoing growth of a forward-thinking business.Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and wider project teams, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximised and commercial risks are effectively managed.Key Responsibilities:Managing the commercial delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.Preparing, reviewing and agreeing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules.Assessing and processing subcontractor applications and payments.Preparing and submitting client valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.Managing variations, change control and compensation ..... full job details .....
