Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) Location: Blyth, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-time Working Arrangement: On-site Sector: Data Centres / Major Construction Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) to join the commercial team on a major data centre project in Blyth, UK. You will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of assigned packages, ensuring effective cost control, procurement, commercial reporting and financial delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Package Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team, you will provide commercial leadership across MEP and/or Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned packages throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare, review and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports. Lead procurement activities, including subcontractor selection, tendering and contract negotiations. Manage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, claims and final accounts. Monitor project costs and proactively identify commercial risks and opportunities. Work closely with Project Managers, Package Managers and site teams on cost and commercial management.
