Due to continued project wins and ongoing growth, they are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.The RoleWorking alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, you will play an active role in managing project costs, commercial administration, and subcontractor procurement from post-tender stage through to final accounts.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with subcontractor package procurement and commercial evaluations.Conducting site valuations, measuring completed works, and preparing monthly progress valuations.Supporting the management of project variations, compensation events, and final account negotiations.Maintaining accurate cost reports, tracking budget variances, and preparing cash flow forecasts.Collaborating closely with site management, project managers, clients, and supply chain partners.Candidate RequirementsEducation and Experience: Post-graduate degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management OR a few years (1-3 years) of solid hands-on commercial experience.Main Contractor Background: Direct experience working with ..... full job details .....
