Senior Quantity Surveyor - EssexSalary: 70,000 - 90,000 Car Allowance: Circa 8,000 Bonus: 5-7% below target, 10-15% on target, 20-30% above target An established residential developer based in Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential schemes across Essex, Hertfordshire and North London, including both RC Frame and traditional build developments. RC Frame experience is essential.ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of multiple residential schemesProcurement and management of subcontract packagesCost reporting, valuations and forecastingManaging variations and subcontractor accountsWorking closely with site, technical and buying teamsEnsuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targetsRequirementsStrong residential development experiencePrevious experience working on RC Frame schemesProven experience managing projects from procurement through to completionConfident managing multiple developments at different stagesStrong commercial and subcontractor management skillsThe business has an established commercial team across quantity surveying, buying and estimating, with further recruitment planned as the workload continues to grow. This is an office and site-based role in Essex, with travel to developments as required. No hybrid working.
