Senior Quantity Surveyor

We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Framework team based on our Horton-Cum-Studley WTW and Thame WTW sites in Oxfordshire. Location: Horton-Cum-Studley and Thame OxfordshireHours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within our commercial team on an exciting Water Framework project. You''ll play a key role in assisting with the commercial management during the construction phase, ensuring successful delivery while working collaboratively with the wider team. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering commercial excellence on Water Framework projects. Your day to day will include: Ensuring compliance with procurement strategies, including managing subcontract inquiries and tender reviews Managing valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts with monthly cost reports Providing legal and contractual advice on orders, changes, and subcontractor administration Driving commercial initiatives and producing margin improvement plans to maximize opportunities Leading and supporting junior staff, ensuring workload targets and deadlines are successfully met What are we looking for?
