Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a scheme in Vauxhall, South West London.-

The project is a 250 bed hotel.-

The position will report into the Project-Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large commercial schemes. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer. You will be requred to assist with procurement and manage packages.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -65k - -70k + full package & bonus.
