Lead all commercial matters with clients and sub-contractorsNegotiate and appoint sub-contractors across varied projectsManage sub-contractor packages from start to final accountPrepare valuations, variations and cost reportsCollaborate closely with Contracts Managers and Site TeamsMentor junior commercial staff and monitor developmentEnsure compliance with our Integrated Management System (IMS)Criteria

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field10+ years’ post-graduate experience , ideally in residential/commercial buildsProficiency in construction contracts (JCT/NEC/PWC)Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and leadership qualitiesAbility to prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environmentFull valid UK driving licenceIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity then please either send your CV via the link or directly toOr call Naomi ..... full job details .....
