Candidate required: Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Type: Permanent Start date: ASAP Industry: Construction Location: Lambeth, South London Working arrangement: Project-based and office-based The role and about the client: ITS Construction Professionals South are working with a main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The initial project is a £16m residential development comprising 45 apartments across two blocks in Lambeth, South London. This is a project-based role with a combination of site and office working, where you will take responsibility for the commercial management of the project from pre-construction through to completion. The role will suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a strong background in residential construction and is comfortable taking ownership of the commercial side of a project. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager, site team, subcontractors, consultants and client to ensure the project is delivered commercially and financially in line with the agreed requirements. The business also has further residential projects in the pipeline across South London and the Croydon area, providing the opportunity for long-term progression and continued project involvement.
