Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at London Gatwick, you will have the opportunity to work on the full project life cycle, surrounded by knowledgeable people, with one goal: investing in projects that serve our customers and facilitate our growth Reporting to the Programme Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the Construction team, responsible for developing and maintaining cost plans and cost estimates for larger projects (typically 1m - 10m), working on complex projects from inception through to completion. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing and managing cost plans to ensure the financial efficiency and feasibility of construction projects. Your duties will include: Preparing detailed budgets and cost estimates at various project stages, from initial concept to final construction, including internal costs.
