The role Quantity Surveyor You will be running a scheme in Milton Keynes, working alongside a Project Manager and Site Manager, with a visiting Commercial Manager. Site and office based. The scheme is a £7m refurbishment scheme - converting an existing factory / office into a health care facility. The scheme is set to run for 1 year and starts on site in July Geographically, the company mainly operates within Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, You will be joining the Northampton region.
