This is an opportunity to take ownership of the commercial side of major engineering projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Planner across delivery, change and commercial close-out.
You’ll work across a varied project portfolio within food, beverage, manufacturing and industrial environments
The roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of engineering and industrial projects, with a particular focus on NEC4, change management and project controls.

Mechanical installation or engineering project experience would be particularly valuable, alongside strong NEC4 and contractual knowledge.

- NEC4
- Compensation Events
- Change control and variations
- CVR and forecasting
- Extensions of time and delay
