The Director of an up-and-coming Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with the capability to act as a Project Manager when required.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working from home, or the firm''s London office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects independently as both a QS and a PM, covering pre and post contract responsibilities.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work across a diverse range of projects, including office conversions, new-build residential apartments, monitoring work, and much more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying background and skill set
  • Project Management experience
  • Completed a construction related degree
  • Able to lead a project independently
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing
