The successful candidate will confidently lead operational delivery, act in a clinical capacity, support a small clinical team and make sound, timely decision in a busy and high demand service.If you''re looking for a role you can get stuck in to, lead from the front clinically, and help drive the service forward operationally in a high performing team, please do get in touch.Key Responsibilities- Line management of a small team (4-5 staff)- Complex case management (1 to 2 days per week)- Oversight of case management- Support clinical decision making and quality assurance- Leading on policies, procedures and service improvement- Work closely with the Health and Wellbeing Manager on delivery- Embed training, consistency and clinical standards across the team- Engage regularly with HR and stakeholders- Support KPI/SLA performance and service responsivenessAbout You- Confident decision-maker - Experienced in Complex case management- Comfortable managing people and performance- Proactive, practical and solution focused- Strong under pressure- ..... full job details .....
