Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol 65,000 + Benefits - RetrofitI''m currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading social housing specialist on a newly secured 16m retrofit refurbishment contract.The project covers 4 high-rise buildings, including cladding renewals, mass-climber scaffolding and associated refurbishment works.The role:Lead commercial management of the 16m contract.Manage costs, budgets, cash flow and financial reporting.Ensure full contractual entitlement and maximise commercial performance.Manage subcontractor orders, variations, disputes and commercial risk.Provide contractual and commercial advice to the project team.Work closely with the client, supply chain and internal stakeholders.We''re looking for:Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS.Social housing refurbishment experience.Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.Experience with management accounts and financial reporting.NEC4 knowledge desirable.Retrofit experience advantageous.Relevant industry qualification.Full UK driving licence.Package: 65,000 salaryUp to 10% bonus 4,000 car allowance or company car34 days annual leavePrivate healthcare and dentalLife insuranceExcellent training and developmentHybrid working - 3 days per week on site in BristolIf you''re an experienced QS looking for a role with genuine commercial ownership on a major social housing retrofit programme, please get in touch or send me your ..... full job details .....
