Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cambridge

Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team! Projects on average range between -10 - -50 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.

About The Role:

As the Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role within the organisation where you will lead the team on a project, working collaboratively with both customers and industry specialists.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement.
• Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
• Manage the project commercial team.

Skills & Experience:

• Main contractor experience within the Construction space
• Experience of different contract forms
• Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between -10m to -50m
• Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team
