Managing Quantity Surveyor Cambridge 85,000 - 95,000 + Package Permanent About the Role We are now seeking an enthusiastic Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in the education sector on (DFE) projects to join the Eastern region. Duties of the Role Commercial Lead in Pre-Construction for 2 stage DFE Bids. Manage on site DFE projects. Lead the commercial team in the Education sector. Provide commercial support and advice to Contracts Managers/ Operations Directors and other teams. Report to Regional Directors of team''s performance. Production/ Management of Tender Bids and Contract Documentation. Key Skills Early indication of signs/ potential issues Ability to take lead/ chair meetings and bring parties together. Organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
