Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyors, are you ready to embark on a new journey?

Do you want to join a thriving Tier 1 contractor?

Projects on average range between -5m - -30 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
• Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
• Manage junior Surveyors

Skills & experience:

• Main contractor experience as the SQS within the Construction space
• Experience of different contract forms
• Experience on projects ranging between -5m to -30m
