Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
- £70,000 - £75,000

Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of EV infrastructure projects, working closely with a team of designers, planners, schedulers, and site teams
- Ensure commercial compliance across all stages of project delivery
- Manage subcontractor relationships, payments, and performance
- Drive efficiency and value through NEC contract management
- Collaborate across internal departments (Operations, SHEQ, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered safely and to client requirements
- Maintain regular client communication, managing escalations and supporting long-term relationships
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in line with commercial procedures and SLAs
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Civils / Utilities infrastructure background essential
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Subcontract management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Familiarity with financial and accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practices
