Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

• £70,000 - £75,000

Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of EV infrastructure projects, working closely with a team of designers, planners, schedulers, and site teams
• Ensure commercial compliance across all stages of project delivery
• Manage subcontractor relationships, payments, and performance
• Drive efficiency and value through NEC contract management
• Collaborate across internal departments (Operations, SHEQ, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered safely and to client requirements
• Maintain regular client communication, managing escalations and supporting long-term relationships
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in line with commercial procedures and SLAs

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Civils / Utilities infrastructure background essential
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Subcontract management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Familiarity with financial and accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
• Excellent time management and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practices
