Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client are looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in quantity surveying while gaining hands-on experience on a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents

• Supporting the monitoring of project costs, valuations, and budgets

• Helping with subcontractor and supplier enquiries and negotiations

• Assisting in cost reporting and financial administration throughout projects

• Learning to provide commercial and contractual support to the project team

What We''re Looking For:

• A degree or working towards qualification in Quantity Surveying

• Some industry experience (placement, internship, or junior role) is desirable

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills

• Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
