This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced QS who wants to work on high profile projects while progressing within a dynamic, people focused business. The Role You ll take a leading role in delivering cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed use, and public sector schemes. Responsibilities include: Full pre and post contract cost management Preparing cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies Managing procurement strategies and tender processes Contract administration and employer s agent duties Leading client relationships and supporting junior team members Contributing to business development and project delivery strategy What You ll Bring Strong background in cost consultancy or PQS environments MRICS qualified Proven experience managing projects independently Excellent communication and client facing skills A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong technical capability What s on Offer Competitive salary of £65,000 £75,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy ..... full job details .....
