Senior Quantity Surveyor

I''m currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing independent construction consultancy in Birmingham, that primarily works with national retail and leisure clients on fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office, and regular travel required UK-wide to project sites. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on fit out and refurbishment projects within the retail sector, supporting a portfolio of national retail clients. You''ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, providing cost management, commercial advice, procurement support, and helping to ensure successful project delivery across multiple schemes.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects and strong commercial awareness. Consultancy experience is preferred, although those currently working for contractors who are looking to move into a consultancy environment will also be considered. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. MRICS status is desirable but not essential.
