Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on an ongoing Contract.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

·Implementing procurement strategies, including Frameworks and other NEC4 arrangements (e.g. Options A-E of the NEC4 ECC, early contractor involvement, etc.).

·Establishing and determining budgets in conjunction with the client/project manager and determine contractor entitlements leading to the settlement of the "Final Account".

·Ensuring the effective cost control of civil engineering construction and maintenance projects.

·Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of technical and professional competence.

·Managing the delivery and cost outcomes of individual projects and programmes of work.
