Senior Quantity Surveyor / Team Leader Location: Ely A leading construction consultancy, offering quantity surveying and project management support directly to clients, are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Team Leader to join their Ely office.The consultancy delivers quantity surveying and project management services across a diverse portfolio of projects, working with a broad range of clients across the commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, entertainment and infrastructure sectors.The business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex and high-profile projects, and this is an opportunity to join an experienced team where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.The Role The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of projects, with the role weighted towards post-contract quantity surveying, alongside opportunities to be involved in pre-contract work.You will be responsible for:Managing quantity surveying commissions from inception through to completion.Leading post-contract cost management and commercial delivery.Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, variations, final accounts and commercial reports.Providing strategic commercial and quantity surveying advice to clients.Managing relationships with clients, contractors and wider project teams.Working across a diverse range of ..... full job details .....
