An award winning, Southeast Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in Cambridge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of exciting projects from an array of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, and residential.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help to identify cost-saving strategies and ensure that key decision making is supported by data-driven cost management insights.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or similar
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Comfortable running projects independently
• Good pre contract knowledge
• Clint facing
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
