Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commerical team.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the business.The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all aspects of cost planning, budgeting, and forecastingPreparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantitiesEvaluating and negotiating subcontractor packagesMonitoring project costs and identifying value engineering opportunitiesManaging variations, valuations, and final accountsEnsuring compliance with contractual and legal requirementsProviding commercial support and guidance to project teamsAbout YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with significant experience at a senior levelStrong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyDegree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineMembership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirableWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ..... full job details .....
