This is a key commercial role, managing costs across multiple projects while working closely with operational teams to ensure profitability and efficiency.As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing the commercial aspects of multiple interior fit-out projectsPreparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accountsCost control and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budgetSubcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account managementReviewing and negotiating contracts and termsLiaising with clients, site teams, and senior managementIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesEnsuring all commercial processes align with company proceduresThe Ideal CandidateThe successful Quantity Surveyor will have:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within constructionA ..... full job details .....
