Working across the commercial, retail, residential, leisure and education sectors, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys variety and wants to take greater ownership of project delivery.The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage commissions from initial feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, architects, contractors and wider project teams, providing clear commercial advice while ensuring costs, risks and contractual matters are properly controlled.This position would suit a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong UK consultancy experience who can manage projects independently and build trusted client relationships.
